Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tbsp suga
2 eggs
2 cup of milk
1 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tbsp vegetable oil 

Preparation:

Mix dry ingredients
Mix lemon juice and milk, stir and let it sit for 5 minutes 
Add in egg, oil, and mix into the dry ingredients
Use a whisk until batter is blended and pourable
Heat your frök
Add butter and pour 5” disc
Flip when the bottom turns golden
Repeat until you finish the batter
Cut fruit for garnish
Enjoy with butter and maple syrup
*add berries into the batter if preferred, blueberries work grea
