Spaghetti & Meatballs


Pack of frozen meatballs
1 can of tomatoes
1 can of tomato paste 
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves of garlic chopped
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup of beef broth
Grated parmesan cheese


Fill up your frök with water and bring to a boil
Add in spaghetti and cook until al dente
Drain and set aside
Next, heat up your frök and add oil
Sauté the garlic and onions until golden
Add beef broth to deglaze the pan 
Add in canned tomato and tomato paste
Add all dry ingredients
Add frozen meatballs
Slow simmer for 30 mins and the sauce should be ready
Add to cooked spaghetti
