Frok Fried Rice


2 cups of old rice (2-3 day old cooked rice)
4 cloves of chopped garlic
1 shallot chopped 
1 carrot chopped
2 stems celery chopped
1 egg
2 strips of bacon or any protein
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 black pepper
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp sugar
Scallions for garnish


Cook bacon or protein (such as shrimp or chicken)
chopped into smaller pieces, put to the side
Scramble egg and put to the side
Heat your frök
Add garlic, shallots, carrots, and celery
Sauté and then add all the seasoning
Add rice, stir and mix
Add egg and bacon
Garnish with scallions
